Every spring, each credentialed person will be notified and given direction by email. If you do not see it after you’ve been given notification that it is available, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. If you haven't logged into TWCHub recently, you will be prompted to reset your password. You can also access your report by logging into TWCHub and clicking on ASR/LCSR.

This report is accessible on TWCHub and will be listed alongside your ASR if you are a Solo or Senior Pastor each spring.
You may find it useful to complete the report on a separate spreadsheet before completing the report on TWCHub. -
A lay delegate must be a covenant member in good standing of the church, both at the time of election and at the time of District Conference. Delegates and alternates must be elected by the local church conference. It is not proper procedure to appoint someone to fill a vacancy at conference time, who was not officially elected by the local church conference. An ordained minister or licensed minister may not be elected or serve as a lay delegate. Contact the district office if you need to know how many lay delegates are allocated to each church.

A developing church is not fully established, and thus is accountable to the DBA. To that end, the KDWC Standing Rule 17 requires each developing church to submit reports to the DBA. (This is in addition to annual reports that are required by every church.) Developing churches can complete their monthly reporting by clicking the button on the right.
