A developing church is not fully established, and thus is accountable to the DBA. To that end, the KDWC standing rules require each developing church to submit a quarterly report to the DBA. (SR17) (This is in addition to annual reports that are required by every church.)

Monthly reports are due by the 15th of each month for the previous month.
Quarterly reports are due September 15, December 15, and March 15. The LCSR will serve as the June report.
